UTS Test Rig

PBR's stringent testing procedures required a machine to be able to apply high levels of torque to truck brake callipers and test them to failure. The design of the base for this machine was critical. It had to have a high level of rigidity but weight and cost constrains also needed to be taken into account.

This machine was nominated for a design award by PBR themselves.
